The platform now supports three new access connectors including Nectar, Sumo Logic, and Constant Contact. Users can now manage group creation and membership assignments directly within Hire2Retire, eliminating the need to switch between systems. Role-based access control has also been enhanced with new user roles: Admin, Reviewer, Editor, and Viewer.
Improvements include support for future-dated rehire and termination events in ADP with real-time updates, along with the ability to retrieve custom attributes from Paycom HR and Onboarding. The Access Provisioning section now supports HR attribute mapping, and Active Directory workflows have been strengthened with mutually exclusive group handling in multi-domain environments. These updates collectively enhance automation, control, and flexibility across the employee lifecycle.
New Features¶
Support transition period upon employee role change¶
H2R now supports the role transition period. It allows employees to manage responsibilities from both their old and new roles simultaneously during a change of role. This ensures a smooth handover and allows the employee to complete any pending tasks in their previous role without disruption.
Servicedesk integration support: Invgate¶
Hire2Retire now supports seamless integration with InvGate, enabling businesses to optimize IT operations and enhance customer satisfaction. With InvGate configured in Hire2Retire, users can automate the creation of various request types, such as incidents, service requests, questions, problems, changes, and major incidents, under certain categories within specified lifecycle phases. This integration improves efficiency and ensures a more streamlined approach to IT service management.
Support more SCIM applications¶
Hire2Retire now supports built-in SCIM provisioning with three new third-party applications. Users can now create seamless integrations in Hire2Retire workflows that automate provisioning and de-provisioning for targeted employees between these applications and the Identity Provider setup:
- Nectar
- Sumo Logic
- Constant Contact
Group Creation Support in Hire2Retire¶
H2R now supports group creation during both design time and runtime. This new feature allows users to create and manage groups directly within Hire2Retire, eliminating the need to switch between H2R and the Identity Provider (IdP) system. By streamlining group membership management within H2R, users can focus more efficiently on organizing and maintaining group structures.
Enhancements¶
Support account roles management page in Hire2Retire¶
Hire2Retire now supports various account roles for users. A user can be assigned one or more roles. The experience of adding new users is self-served. The account roles make it easier for company admins to provide as-needed access to Hire2Retire to other users in the company. The following roles are supported:
- Admin
- Reviewer
- Editor
- Viewer
Support retrieval of custom attributes from Paycom HR and Paycom Onboarding applications¶
H2R now supports the management of custom attributes for Paycom HR and Onboarding applications. This enhancement enables seamless mapping of custom attributes within identity providers (IDPs).
Other Improvements¶
- Hire2Retire now supports mutually exclusive group handling in Active Directory integration workflows with a multi-domain setup.
- Hire2Retire now allows the HR attributes of employees to be mapped in the Access configuration. Additionally, the HR attributes can also be used to define the profiles. This eliminates the need of storing this attribute in IdP to use it in Access Configuration.
- Refined font size in the UI to enhance readability and consistency.
- H2R now supports future rehire and termination scenarios in ADP integration workflows with event notifications enabled (using Delta extract). This enhancement ensures that future-dated events, such as rehires and terminations, are accurately detected and scheduled within the workflow for seamless processing.
