Integration capabilities are extended with NinjaOne Service Desk support and Excel-based data ingestion for Generic HR systems, improving flexibility in handling workforce data.

Additional improvements include MFA for native login, enhanced operation-level visibility for integration events, multi-domain controller support for Access Requests, and improved connection management within workflows.

New Features

Role-Based Configuration Support

Hire2Retire now supports role-based mapping across provisioning, ITSM ticket creation, email workflows, and group assignments. Roles are defined based on user attributes and can be reused across multiple configurations, eliminating the need to repeat the same attribute conditions across individual setups. With role-based mapping, administrators define a role once and apply it wherever needed, reducing setup overhead and aligning the experience with how organizations typically manage permissions and responsibilities.

Microsoft Intune Policy Management Integration

Hire2Retire now supports Microsoft Intune policy management, enabling automated assignment of device and application policies through group-based configurations. Administrators can manage and assign policies directly within Hire2Retire, eliminating the need for manual setup in Intune.

Policies can be dynamically applied based on user attributes such as department, or location. This ensures consistent policy enforcement across the user lifecycle, improving device compliance and reducing manual effort for IT teams.

NinjaOne Service Desk Integration

Hire2Retire now supports Service Desk integration with NinjaOne for automated IT ticketing across the employee lifecycle. Teams can create and manage NinjaOne tickets directly under selected lifecycle events, reducing manual effort and ensuring IT teams stay informed of key workforce changes in real time.

Enhancements

Automatic Removal of Calendar Events for Terminated Employees

Hire2Retire now automatically cleans up calendar events for terminated employees. When an employee is terminated, Hire2Retire can cancel and remove all upcoming calendar events organized by this employee and decline all future calendar events where this user was invited, including recurring meeting occurrences. This prevents inactive meetings from remaining on attendees' calendars, eliminates unnecessary calendar blocking, and reduces confusion regarding the status of terminated employees.

Automatic Device Disablement on Termination

When a user is terminated, their associated devices can be disabled alongside the user account, adding an extra layer of security. This helps prevent unauthorized sign-ins and can terminate active device sessions before access tokens expire through Continuous Access Evaluation (CAE). This capability strengthens security posture and supports auditing and compliance requirements, and can be configured through Termination Lifecycle Sync rules.

ADP Future-Dated Leave Event Support

Hire2Retire now supports future-dated leave management in ADP using Leave Start Date and Leave End Date. Previously, leave actions were triggered only based on leave status, Hire2Retire can now detect upcoming leave events and automatically schedule leave actions in advance.

Excel Report Support for Generic HR Systems

Hire2Retire now supports reading and processing Excel files as an input source for Generic HR System flows. This is especially useful for systems like Paylocity that export traveler (temporary worker) data only in Excel format. By supporting Excel-based imports, Hire2Retire can seamlessly process and synchronize these records without requiring manual file conversion.

Operation Details Support for Integration Events

Hire2Retire now provides detailed, operation-level visibility into integration events. Instead of only high-level success or failure statuses, teams can now track specific actions performed during integrations such as provisioning, deprovisioning, license updates, and group changes in Exchange-related processes. Additionally, it supports status tracking at both entity and row levels for Service Desk systems, making monitoring more precise and significantly improving troubleshooting.

Other Improvements

  1. Hire2Retire now enforces Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for users signing in with native username and password credentials. This enhancement helps organizations strengthen platform security while aligning with compliance and security best practices.
  2. To simplify connection management experience, connections can now be edited or deleted directly within workflows.
  3. Hire2Retire now supports immediate account deletion without requiring a waiting period.
  4. Access Requests now supports Multi-DC connections, enabling group and user retrieval across all configured domain controllers.
