My Review

The My Review page in the Hire2Retire IGA app allows designated reviewers, such as managers or approvers, to view and take actions on review events that are specifically assigned to them or related to employees they manage.

If you are unable to access the My Review page, contact your ServiceNow administrator to assign the required roles for the Reviewer persona on the ServiceNow application as mentioned on the Roles page.

Access the My Review Page

To access the My Review page, navigate to the Hire2Retire IGA application in the ServiceNow portal and select My Review from the navigation menu.

You can approve or reject an event from here. If multiple reviewers are assigned, and any reviewer has approved the event, the approved action will be considered final, and the corresponding lifecycle operations will be executed. Approved events trigger lifecycle operations such as creating, updating, or terminating employee profiles in the identity system. They can also initiate downstream processes like email notifications, service desk ticket creation, and access provisioning. Previously rejected events can be reviewed and approved again if required.

Reviewing Events

You can review events by clicking the Review button for any listed event and taking the required action.
