Installation and Setup
This guide explains how to install the Hire2Retire IGA App from the ServiceNow Store into your ServiceNow instance.
The installation process imports the ServiceNow App and its modules into your instance so that it can be configured in Hire2Retire for identity provisioning and integration workflows.
Prerequisites¶
Before installing the application, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
- Administrator access to the ServiceNow instance
- Permission to install applications from the ServiceNow Store
- The organization must have accepted the ServiceNow Store terms and conditions
Only users with the ServiceNow Admin role or appropriate permissions can install Store applications.
Get the app from Store¶
Follow the steps below to install the application.
- Navigate to the Hire2Retire IGA App on ServiceNow Store.
- Hire2Retire IGA is a
Freeapp on the ServiceNow Store. ClickGet, select the ServiceNow instance where you want to install the application and submit the request. -
Once approved, the application becomes available in your ServiceNow instance.

Install the Application in ServiceNow Instance¶
- Log in to your ServiceNow instance.
- Navigate to My Company Applications.

Search for Hire2Retire IGA App and click Install. The platform installs all required modules and components.

Verify the Installation¶
After installation, verify that the application was successfully installed.
- Open the Application Navigator and search for Hire2Retire IGA.
- Confirm that the application modules are visible.

Setup¶
- Create an integration user using the steps mentioned here :

Log in to Hire2Retire and configure ServiceNow App features, including ServiceDesk features, from the ServiceDesk menu. Use Observe Sync and Review Sync from Deployment Settings in your workflows, then deploy your workflow.

Configure the Review Policy.
- You can use the ServiceNow App to automate ServiceDesk processes related to lifecycle management and view Observe Events in ServiceNow. You can also review lifecycle events directly from ServiceNow. Here are the details of all available features .
