Reconciliation in Hire2Retire

Reconciliation is important for users to ensure the accuracy and validity of the HR and Identity management data and to avert unintended confusion in case of absence of any event data. Reconciliation allows users to track the flow of HR data, providing visibility into the events generated from that data. With Reconciliation users can review the processed events and the number of skipped events, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data processing carried out by Hire2Retire.

Reconcile Page

The Reconcile page allows you to select the time frame during which HR data is processed. The table below provides details about these events, with fields such as Input Type, Received Time, Total, Skipped, No Change, and Processed.

  • Total: Represents the total number of HR records received.
  • Skipped: Indicates the number of records filtered out.
  • No Change: Refers to records that did not have any modifications.
  • Processed: Denotes records that were either created/updated or failed.
