Generate Access Token on Monday.com

For Access Token generation users must have a Monday.com account. To authenticate a connection , you must use your Access Token and the Monday.com base URL.

Steps for Generating Api Key(Access Token):

1. Log into the Monday.com (https://auth.monday.com/auth/login_monday/) using your Monday.com account.
2. Open up the admin section of your account.

3. Click on the Security tab.

4. Open up the SCIM section

5. Click on the "Generate" button and copy the generated token.

Link Monday.com account on Hire2Retire

To link your Monday.com account using Bearer Token Authentication, you first have to specify following details.

• Connection Name - A user defined nomenclature for your connection. By default, the connect name is "Connection-Bearer Token-1", you can change the name as per your preferences.

• Instance URL -The base URL for the SCIM 2.0 API will be in this form company.monday.com which is distinct from the URL used for signing in.

• Access token - The Monday.com Access Token assigned to the user that you noted in the Access token Provider Setup.

Enter the account details to use the Monday.com SCIM implementation for this flow.

Once the connection is established successfully, then you can define the roles and mapping on Hire2Retire Provisioning.
