ServiceNow Connection

ServiceNow on Hire2Retire uses Basic Authentication.

View all permissions that users can have to access entities in ServiceNow.

In this step, you can view all ServiceNow connections created during the Lifecycle step for your tenant and select the one you want to use.

Add Connection

To link your ServiceNow account using Basic Authentication, first specify your ServiceNow Instance URL.

What is an Instance URL?

When you visit ServiceNow, you will see a URL such as https://abc.service-now.com. This is your Instance URL.

Next, enter the username and password for an account that has the required privileges to create tasks in the Task table. ServiceNow Instance URL
