Review
You can view, approve, or reject access requests on the Review page. If Access Request is enabled for your organization and you are configured as a reviewer, you will be able to see requests awaiting your review on this page.

On the Review page, you can see all the requests that you were asked to review. You cannot approve or reject a request that has already been approved or rejected.
If you don't have any requests to review, the page will appear empty.
A request can have one of the following statuses:
- Pending - Request waiting for approval
- Approved – Request is approved and ready for fulfillment
- Rejected – Request is rejected
- Fulfilled – Access has been granted
- Revoked – Access has been removed after the time limit expires
You can also filter and search for requests using the following criteria:
- Recipient
- Requester
- Requested Item
- Status
- Requested Within
Reviewing a Request¶
To view or review a request, click the View or Review button in the Action column.

You can view the following information:
- Requested Item
- Request Type
- Recipient
- Requested By
- Requester Note
- Reviewer Note
- Reviewer(s) (This field is visible only to users with the Admin or Reviewer role)
- Time Limit
You can override the time limit selected by the requester before approving the request. As a reviewer, you can choose a predefined duration or specify a custom date. The selected time limit determines how long the recipient will retain access.
Approving or Rejecting Requests¶
From the review details page, you can view the request and approve or reject it.
Once a request is approved, it is automatically fulfilled by Hire2Retire and the recipient is added to the requested group. After the time limit, the recipient is also automatically removed from the group. The requester and recipient are notified on approval, rejection, fulfillment, and revocation.
For Admins and Reviewers¶
If you have an Admin or Reviewer role in your organization, you can review all requests across the organization. You will also be able to see the designated reviewers of all requests and filter requests based on reviewers.
You will also be able to review the requests that have no designated reviewers. Such Requests will show up when you select the Show requests with no reviewer checkbox.
