My Review
The My Review page in the Hire2Retire IGA application allows designated reviewers—such as managers or approvers—to view and take actions on review events that are specifically assigned to them or related to employees they manage.
If you are not able to access the My Review page, ask you ServiceNow administrator to assign you all the roles for the Reviewer
persona on the Hire2Retire IGA application as mentioned on the Roles page.
Accessing the My Review Page¶
You can assess the My Review page by Navigating to the Hire2Retire IGA application in the ServiceNow portal and selecting My Review
from the navigation menu.
The My Review page lists all the event where your review is requested. If you or any of the reviewer approves or rejects the event, the approval is considered and lifecycle operations are executed. Approval of an event results in the employee profile being created, updated or terminated in the Identity system of your company. It will also trigger downstream processes like email, service desk ticket creation and third party access provisioning for the employee. The system also allows to re-approve any event that was rejected earlier.
Reviewing Events¶
You can review events by clicking the Review
button for any listed event and take actions as per requirement.
