Phase 9.6 Release Notes
Released on January, 2026
Summary¶
The 9.6 release introduces the new Access Request feature in Hire2Retire, enabling employees to request additional entitlements while organizations maintain full control over approval workflows and access validity. It also enhances integration reliability with the new Observe feature in the Integration Hub, offering centralized visibility into key identity events across all flows. Furthermore, we have expanded our Freshservice support to include the Offboarding entity, enabling seamless synchronization of employee offboarding data and timely access revocation.
New Features¶
Access Request¶
With Access Request, Hire2Retire enables users in an organization to request additional Entitlements and gives organizations full control over who can approve requests and which entitlements can be requested. The requests are time-bound enforcing zero trust security. The requests are fulfilled and revoked automatically, ensuring both flexibility and security.Access Request makes it easy for organizations to track and review the requests. It also reduces the manual effort involved to fulfill and revoke the requested Entitlements.
Enhancements¶
Integration Hub Observe Page¶
The Observe feature provides visibility into events generated by all Integration Hub flows. It captures and displays events related to record creation, record updates, record disable, and record deletion. The Observe page is shared across all flows, offering a unified view rather than flow-specific observation pages.
FreshService Offboard Entity Support in Hire2Retire Service Desk¶
Hire2Retire now supports the Offboarding entity in Freshservice, enabling seamless ingestion and synchronization of employee offboarding data. This enhancement helps ensure timely access updates, improved compliance, and smoother employee exit workflows across systems.
Other Improvements¶
