Summary¶
The 9.5 release introduces powerful new integrations and expanded automation across Hire2Retire. Organizations can now connect directly with Halo Service desk to automate request creation, use the new Integrations feature to sync employee data to external systems starting with BambooHR, and automatically provision Entra ID users into Dynamics 365 based on role or attribute-driven criteria. These enhancements strengthen operational efficiency, improve data consistency, and reduce the need for manual intervention across IT and HR ecosystems.
This release also brings several improvements to lifecycle management and reporting. Users gain more flexible rule-building options, expanded support for Greenhouse ATS hires and terminations, and the ability to write business email updates back to Paychex for cleaner communication workflows. Workforce360 now allows exporting only selected fields from canned reports, making data extraction more targeted and efficient.
New Features¶
Service Desk integration support: HaloITSM¶
Hire2Retire now supports Service desk integrations with HaloITSM, empowering businesses to streamline their IT operations and enhance customer satisfaction. By configuring Halo on Hire2Retire, users can create service requests, incidents, problems, etc under selected lifecycle businesses.
Integrations¶
A new feature has been introduced in Hire2Retire as Integrations that enables the Hire2Retire workflow to integrate with external systems. This allows employee data from the identity platform or HR platform to be synchronized with the BambooHR system, supporting operations such as create, update, and disable. As a result, all systems used within the organization remain aligned and consistent. In the first phase, only the BambooHR system is supported as the destination for syncing employee data.
Support Dynamics 365 as a new SCIM application¶
Hire2Retire now has support for Dynamics 365 Access Provisioning. This helps you provision your Entra Id users to Dynamics 365 without any manual effort. You can decide to only provision select users based on their job title, department or any other attribute.
Enhancements¶
Support Hiring Based on Start Date in Greenhouse¶
Hire2Retire now supports hiring the Greenhouse ATS candidates in Entra ID or AD based on the offer start date. This allows the timely onboarding of candidates in the Identity platform and provides a superior first day at work. Hire2Retire also support terminating the account when the offer is rescinded or auto-terminate if the user does not show up in the HR system in the defined interval.
Paychex Email Writeback¶
Hire2Retire now allows users to write business emails back to the Paychex HCM system upon successful employee hiring. This includes the ability to update email addresses when changes occur during the update lifecycle, providing improved communication and quicker response times.
Other Improvements¶
- Added support for “is equal to any of” and “is not equal to any of” operators to enable more flexible rule definitions.
- Users can now export Workforce360 canned reports by selecting only the fields they need.
