Phase 9.4 Release Notes
Released on November, 2025
Summary¶
Hire2Retire 9.4 introduces automation and expanded integrations. Workforce360 now supports automated report exports using templates for key HR events like hires, terminations, and promotions, simplifying compliance and audits. The release also adds new Access Connectors for DOMO and Relias, enabling seamless user provisioning across more enterprise systems. Hire2Retire now leverages custom security attributes for lifecycle tracking, ensuring smooth updates even after mailbox deletion. It also introduces the option to exclude specific attributes from Access application updates, offering more control over synchronization. The new Windows-based On-Premises Agent simplifies setup by eliminating Docker dependency, while Workforce360 introduces role-based access, allowing all users to view data, and granting Admins and Editors configuration privileges for improved governance.
New Features¶
Workforce 360 Reporting¶
Workforce360 now supports report exports as a one-time export or on a recurring schedule. Users can choose from predefined templates to generate reports. They can also view scheduled events, pause or modify recurring reports, and send generated reports directly to designated email recipients. Additionally, a Results page provides visibility into the success or failure status of each scheduled report generation, allowing users to directly download the report from the corresponding event.
Support more SCIM Connectors¶
Hire2Retire now supports the following SCIM connectors. User accounts can be created and updated in these systems based on any lifecycle changes in the Identity Platform.
- DOMO: A Popular AI and Data Products Platform.
- Relias: Learning Management Solution for the Healthcare workforce.
Enhancements¶
Store and Track Lifecycle changes through custom security attributes¶
Hire2Retire now tracks and manages lifecycle state changes using custom security attributes instead of extension attributes, which previously had to be managed through PowerShell and required the user’s mailbox to exist. Since extension attributes cannot be updated once a mailbox is deleted, Hire2Retire now leverages custom security attributes in Entra ID to ensure seamless lifecycle management even when mailboxes are removed.
Exclude Employee Attributes When Updating Employee Profile in Access Application¶
Hire2Retire Access now allows users to exclude specific attributes from being updated in SCIM. During the design phase, users can select the attributes they wish to exclude, and the values of those selected attributes will remain unchanged during the update operation.
Support Windows-Based Executable for Running On-Premise Agent on Windows OS¶
Hire2Retire now supports the On-Premise Agent as a Windows executable, eliminating the need for Docker installation. Previously, the agent relied on Docker, which was often complex and time-consuming to set up on Windows systems. With the new standalone executable, the setup process is significantly simplified and faster.
Support Role-Based Access for Workforce 360¶
Hire2Retire now supports role-based access to Workforce 360. To enhance data security and prevent configuration inconsistencies, Workforce360 now supports role-based access control for sensitive pages within the platform. With this update:
- Admin and Editor roles continue to have full access to both Workforce360 and its Configuration page.
- Viewer and Reviewer roles can access Workforce360, but cannot access the Configuration page.
- User role members cannot access Workforce360, and the Workforce360 tab will no longer appear in their navigation menu.
This enhancement ensures that only authorized users can modify critical HRIS-to-semantic mappings and IDP sync configurations, improving data consistency and overall platform governance.
