Phase 10.2 Release Notes
Released on March, 2026
Summary¶
The 10.2 release brings several improvements to access governance and certification in Hire2Retire. This release adds support for BambooHR ATS, enabling organizations to automate onboarding from ATS to Identity Providers and simplify the hiring process.
Hire2Retire now extends Access Certification to third-party applications, helping teams review and validate employee access across business apps in addition to entitlements. The platform now automatically remediates entitlements when reviewers reject access during an audit, reducing manual intervention. Campaign owners and reviewers also receive email notifications for Group Audit campaigns, providing timely updates on campaign progress and status and review reminders.
The release also introduces Access Request Fulfillment Tracking based on service desk ticket status. Additional updates include support for requesting Entra ID and Exchange Online Groups in Access Requests and enhancements to identity profiles and provisioning attributes for better visibility and integration flexibility.
New Features¶
ATS Application Support: BambooHR ATS¶
Hire2Retire has added support for BambooHR ATS, allowing for integration with various Identity Providers to streamline the hiring experience. This integration automates the process of Identity creation and updation directly from BambooHR ATS. This streamlines the IT processes for employee onboarding and device setup providing great first day at work experience to the onboarded employees.
Access Certification: Application Review¶
Hire2Retire now extends Access Certification to third-party access applications, enabling organizations to periodically review and validate employee access to external tools and platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira etc. Through structured Application Audit campaigns, administrators can define the scope of applications to review, assign owners and reviewers, and set certification timelines, ensuring that access is reviewed by the right people at the right frequency. Application user data is uploaded through file extracts, allowing organizations to validate and control review data before a campaign goes live. Reviewers can approve or reject access for each employee-application assignment, and rejected access automatically initiates a remediation workflow that must be resolved before the certification cycle is completed. All decisions are fully audited, and campaign progress is tracked in real time. Combined with Group Audit campaigns, Application Access Certification provides comprehensive visibility and governance over user access across both identity provider groups and connected business applications.
Enhancements¶
Access Request Fulfillment Tracking¶
The Access Request Fulfillment Tracking feature automatically monitors status of tickets linked to access requests. In a ServiceDesk based Fulfillment configuration, Hire2Retire creates a ticket for the application owner to fulfill the approved request. When a ticket is marked as completed in the ticketing system, the corresponding request in Hire2Retire is automatically updated to Fulfilled. This eliminates manual status updates in the Hire2Retire portal and streamlines the request lifecycle.
Email Notifications for Access Certification¶
Hire2Retire now supports email notifications for Group Audit campaigns in Access Certification, providing timely updates on campaign progress and status. Notifications are sent to the campaign owner(s) and assigned reviewers including managers or group owners as reviewers, based on recipients at the time the notification is triggered. There would be four type of notifications:
- Campaign Creation Notification
- Campaign Start Notification
- Review Reminder Notification
- Campaign Completion Notification
Access Certification - Automated Entitlement Remediation¶
Hire2Retire now supports automatic remediation of entitlements when a reviewer rejects an employee’s entitlement during an audit. Previously, while entitlement audits were supported, rejected entitlements required manual group removal to complete remediation.
Access Request - Support for All Group Types¶
The Access Request Feature now supports Entitlement Requests for all group types. If your connection has the required privileges, employees in your organization can request groups from On Premise Active Directory, Entra ID and Exchange Online.
Other Improvements¶
- Added support for Monday.com department attribute in user provisioning.
- Added manager data to identity profiles in Workforce 360.
