Employment Status (Lever ATS)

ATS data will provide attributes, and you can map their value to different employee lifecycles. At the run time, the workflow will check the status mapping and decide which lifecycle to perform for the employee record.

Employment Status

Select the ATS attributes that represent Hire, Rehire, Change of Profile or Role and Termination of an employee in your ATS system. These attributes need to be defined in the "ATS Data Definition" step. You need to map an attribute from Lever that matches the candidate's stage to each group.

Map Employee Lifecycle Status

Based on the operation you chose in the "Lifecycle Business Rules" step, you will see the below following status groups.

• Hire, Rehire, or Profile Update
• Terminate

In Lever, the Stage attribute represents the active state, while the Archived Reason attribute indicates the terminated state of a candidate. You can choose these attributes or select others that better fit your configuration.
