Review
Hire2Retire supports two run modes: Autopilot and Supervised Mode. By default, the workflow will run in Autopilot mode where the HR/ATS record will be synced to the Identity Provider without the user approval. In Supervised mode configuration, the workflow owner will be able to review and accept/reject employee profile changes before they are synced to the identity provider. Hire2retire supports the request/approval model that is analogous to manual employee lifecycle management.
This main purpose of Supervised Mode is to enable Hire2Retire to support the request/approval model, a common practice in manual employee lifecycle management. This functionality enhances customer confidence by allowing them to validate the Hire2Retire workflow thoroughly before transitioning to autopilot mode.
Steps to configure Supervised Mode¶
Go to the Compliance and Audit Trail, Run Mode, and Error Notification page.
In the Run Mode configuration section, you will find options for Autopilot and Supervised mode. To start using Supervised mode, select it and then choose your desired time interval for receiving notifications if any pending event is present.
You will be able to set the notification interval for reminder about pending events, with options of 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, or 1 day, with the default set to 2 hours. Finally, deploy the flow.
Review Page¶
When Hire2Retire process events, users should review and Accept or Reject the changes before syncing the data with the identity provider in supervised mode. In autopilot mode, no data will be displayed on Review Page.
To accept or reject all the events click on the checkbox present in the table header as shown below. You can then choose to accept or reject by selecting the button just above the checkbox.
The Review page displays all pending events, enabling the end-user to review and take actions. Users can view the data to be synced with the identity provider by clicking the Review button. A dialog box will appear, displaying the data to be synced. After reviewing the data, users can accept or reject the changes using the buttons at the bottom of the dialog box.
When a pending event is created, an email will be sent to the flow owner based on the configured time interval.
You can receive the report in your desired format on your email address. Click on the logo for export on top right corner. A pop up will appear, provide additional receptionist(s), select format and type of information you want it can be detailed or just the summary. After filling the pop up form hit Send
