Scopes for Entities¶
ServiceDesk Plus Cloud APIs use selected scopes, which control the type of resource that the RoboMQ application can access.

Step 1. Specify the Data Center

ServiceDesk Plus Cloud is hosted at multiple data centers, and therefore available on different domains. There are 8 different domains for ServiceDesk Plus Cloud’s APIs, and you will have to use the one that is applicable to you.
Step 2. Select the Entities
which you want to process.
Step 3. Click on the Link Account
button to authorize the registered app to retrieve information associated with the chosen Entity.
Step 4 By clicking Accept
you grant the app permission to access data within your Zoho account.
