User Profile

You can navigate to your profile by clicking on the User Profile icon and selecting Account Settings from anywhere on the Connect iPaaS platform. You can view and edit your personal details, manage the connections to all your applications and manage your Flow Notification and Event Archival Settings. You can also update your Connect iPaaS Subscription plan from your profile.

Editing the Profile

This section contains the following information.

Since

The date when you created your account on Connect iPaaS.

Email

The email id associated with your account.

Phone

Your phone number, which you can use for recovering your password if your forget it. See Verifying your phone number for recovering forgotten password, for more details.

Company

Your Company name, which you can provide when you register on Connect iPaaS by creating an account. In case of business application login, the company name will be taken from your email id.

Subscription Plan

Your current subscription plan, which you can update by clicking the upgrade button. Find out more about the available subscription plans here .

Authentication

This is the method you have used to Sign in to Connect iPaaS.

  • Microsoft O365 - If you signed up on Connect iPaaS using Microsoft
  • Azure - If you signed up on Connect iPaaS using Azure
  • Google - If you signed up on Connect iPaaS using Google
  • Robomq - If you signed up on Connect iPaaS using your email and password.

Verifying your Phone Number

To be able to use your phone number for recovering your password, you have to verify your phone number on Connect iPaaS. If you have an unverified phone number in your profile, you will see the unverified warning triangle as shown in the image below.

To verify your phone number, click the check mark next to te phone number. You will receive a 6-digit code as an SMS. Enter the code on Connect iPaaS and you number will be verified. If you wish to change your phone number on Connect iPaaS, you will have to re-verify your new phone number.

Connection Management

Here you can add and view your connections with your various applications.

Notifications Management

Event Archival Management

You can set up Event Data Archival on AWS S3 or on MySQL database for the events performed on your workflows. Read more about Event Data Archival on Connect iPaaS. You can setup the time of interval for archiving event data.
