Business Central Triggers¶
Currently, Connect iPaaS provides one trigger for Business Central. The Business Central trigger on Connect iPaaS is a polling trigger. Business Central will notify Connect iPaaS at certain time intervals defined by you if any changes have been made in your Business Central account.

Object Created or Object Updated¶
This triggers your workflow when an entry is created or updated in the entity selected during the time interval selected by you.
Setting up Trigger for your Workflow¶
After selecting the trigger you have to set up the connection with Connect iPaaS. Once the connection is established you will be directed to the page as shown in Figure 2. Choose the polling interval from the list (the default interval is set to 30 minutes) and select the company from the dropdown. From here you can specify from a list of entities on which you want to apply the event trigger. The selection row shows a list with options to choose from including 3 common standard entities followed by an option to select "Others" entities. These include all other standard entities.

After selecting the entity you can add event filters by clicking on
Add Filter button.
As shown in the figure above you can select the filters based on the entity you selected.
