PagerDuty Event Filter

Connect iPaaS enables you to select specific events and filter out the rest using certain attributes of the incoming PagerDuty event. This ability allows selective processing of the events of interest.

In the example shown in the figure above, the workflow will be triggered when the Incident Title's name equals to Demo or Incident number equals to 34321.

Changes in PagerDuty can be filtered out based on the following attributes:

  • Urgency - High or Low
  • Created at - Incident created date
  • Title - Title of the Incident
  • Incident Number - The number of the incident (Example: 33).
