isolved¶
isolved is a provider of Human Resources (HR) software and services. This HR system is designed to streamline HR processes and provide a centralized platform for managing employee data and HR functions.
isolved Connection Set Up¶
Applications that intend to make use of the isolved API must be registered within the isolved web application as an “API Application”. Once the API Application entry is created an OAuth Client ID and secret key values are generated and are used to authenticate with isolved.
The OAuth Client ID and secret obtained from within the isolved API application registration is utilized by Hire2Retire for authentication method to connect with isolved.
To set up isolved as an HR system on Hire2Retire, follow these steps:
Create isolved Connection on Hire2Retire¶
Hire2Retire requires the following details to create a connection to your isolved Account:

Connection Name - A user defined nomenclature for your connection. By default, the connection name is "Connection-OAuth Client Cred-1", you can change the name as per your preferences.

Environment - The specific type of isolved account, such as Production and Sandbox.

Client ID - This is the API key generated when you set up a isolved integration app.

Client Secret - This is the secret generated when you set up a isolved integration app.
Once you have the necessary details, go to the Connection Step on Hire2Retire and enter the connection details for isolved. Then, click the Link Account
button.
Configuration¶
Once you have successfully configured the connections, you can continue with the Design section to configure the rest of the workflow following these steps in order.

- Mail Enabled Security Group Memberships Only defined in Entra ID and Hybrid, when Exchange Online Services is configured
- Mailing List Assignment Provided in Google Workspace
