Phase 7.5 Release Notes
Released on December, 2024
Summary¶
The Hire2Retire Phase 7.5 release focuses on improving system performance, addressing key customer requests, and enhancing platform reliability and security. Below are the major updates and improvement items in this release:
New Feature¶
Environment Tagging for Workflows¶
Hire2Retire now provides the capability to tag the workflows with an environment. The environment tag can be one of Prod, UAT or Test, representing the stage of the workflow. When a workflow is being tested or connected to sandbox endpoints, it can be tagged as “Test” or “UAT”. When the workflow is live, it can be tagged as “Prod”. Environment tags will be used by RoboMQ’s internal health monitoring system to generate alerts only for issues in Prod workflows.
Other improvements¶
Enhanced Excel Function Validation¶
Hire2Retire now offers improved validation for Excel function configurations to solve common issues such as missing arguments, misplaced parentheses, and other syntax errors, and ensure smoother configuration for customers.
SolarWinds Service Request Integration¶
Users can now create SolarWinds service requests at specific lifecycle stages. Configuration options for this feature are available under Hire2Retire ServiceDesk settings.
Expanded Support for ConnectWise ServiceDesk Attributes¶
Hire2Retire now supports additional ConnectWise attributes, including site, type, sub-type, item, team, mergedParentTicket, and source. This enhancement ensures better alignment with diverse customer needs.
Manual Approval for Account Deletion Events¶
In Supervised Run Mode, account deletion events will now trigger a manual approval process, adding an extra layer of oversight for critical operations.
