New Features

Support More SCIM connectors

Hire2Retire has expanded its SCIM provisioning capabilities by adding support for thirteen new third-party applications. Users can now establish seamless integrations between Hire2Retire and these applications, automating the provisioning and de-provisioning processes for targeted employees. The newly supported applications are: 1. Infor Nexus 2. Adobe Acrobat Reader 3. Sentry 4. Workday 5. ContentStack 6. Cvent 7. Databricks 8. Aircall 9. Proof 10. BIM 360 11. Front 12. Beaconstac 13. Crayon

Enhancements

Improvements on the Event Report Generation Process

The event report in Hire2Retire has been enhanced to handle larger event counts more efficiently. To improve the readability and ease of handling the reports with large event counts, the report will now be generated in parts as multiple files. Users will receive an email with downloadable links for each part, allowing for quicker access and easier navigation through your data. The number of events per part for each format is as follows: - HTML: 30,000 events - JSON: 30,000 events - PDF: 1,500 events Additionally, to improve usability, HTML reports will be paginated, displaying only up to 1000 events per page, making it easier to find and review the information needed.

Support external SFTP server mechanism for General ATS applications

Hire2Retire now supports integration with general ATS applications via external SFTP servers. The Hire2Retire workflow can now pull extracts from external SFTP servers, enabling seamless integration for companies that manage applicant data on their own SFTP server(s). This external SFTP support eliminates the need to configure connections to the RoboMQ-hosted SFTP server, providing another convenient mode for managing applicant data.

Other improvements

  1. Support for the ability to automatically update AD "description" attributes during an employee termination.
  2. The delimiter for separating multiple emails has been standardized to comma in Hire2Retire. The existing customer flows will be automatically upgraded.
  3. SCIM deprovisioning capabilities are now clearly displayed in the interface, allowing users to determine whether an account will be disabled or deleted upon termination in the target SCIM application.
  4. When setting up Microsoft product-related connections, Hire2Retire will prompt the user to select a Microsoft account, rather than automatically reading the account from the Microsoft session. This change will help users managing multiple Microsoft accounts to choose the correct one.
  5. Resolved grammar and formatting issues.
  6. Renamed the “Compliance and Audit Trail, Run Mode and Error Notification” title to “Deployment and Runtime Management Settings.”
  7. Improved the user experience of the hyperlink feature when defining email templates.
