New Features¶
Salesforce Service Cloud Integration¶
Hire2Retire now supports Salesforce Service Cloud as a service desk option, allowing customers to automate ticket creation for key phases of the employee lifecycle. The integration supports the creation of Incident, Change Request, and Case entities, leading to more efficient workflows and streamlined processes for managing employee-related tasks.
Support for Generic ATS Systems Connector¶
Hire2Retire now supports Other ATS (Applicant Tracking System) integrations. This application involves managing recruitment data to streamline the hiring workflow. Hire2Retire utilizes SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) as the entry point to retrieve candidate data and other relevant information from the ATS.
Microsoft License Removal Enhancements¶
Hire2Retire can now remove licenses directly assigned to users in the Microsoft licensing framework in addition to group-based licensing management. This setting can be configured through the Termination Lifecycle Sync rules, providing more flexibility in license management during the offboarding process.
Support For More SCIM Connectors¶
Hire2Retire has expanded its SCIM provisioning capabilities by adding support for five new third-party applications. Users can now establish seamless integrations between Hire2Retire and these applications, automating the provisioning and de-provisioning processes for targeted employees. The newly supported applications are: 1. Everbridge 2. Productboard 3. Board 4. GetHarvest 5. Staffbase
Enhancements¶
Email Forwarding upon Termination¶
Hire2Retire now supports email forwarding options during the termination process. When terminating an employee, users can configure email forwarding to redirect the terminated employee's emails to either their manager or another specified user. This setup can be done while configuring shared mailbox options in your workflow.
Enhanced Email Toolbar for Lifecycle Templates¶
Hire2Retire has introduced an enhanced email toolbar for lifecycle email templates. This new feature allows customers to enrich their communications with attachments, images, signatures, and various styling options within the email body. These improvements help deliver crucial information, support, and guidance to employees throughout their employment phases, from onboarding to offboarding.
Email Write-Back Support for HiBob¶
Hire2Retire now supports writing business emails back to HiBob upon successful employee onboarding. Additionally, Hire2Retire will update email addresses in the HR system when changes occur in the directory service.
SLA Check Features Enhancements¶
Hire2Retire has enhanced the File Extract Check to ensure timely reporting by verifying that reports from HR systems are received as scheduled. Users can now define SLA check configurations as an independent section before deploying the workflow. This update allows users to specify recipients for monitoring report status and set the expected time for receiving incoming reports.
API polling mechanism UX improvement¶
Hire2Retire has enhanced the user experience for API-based workflows by promoting the delta polling mechanism to retrieve employee records from HR systems. This approach minimizes the reprocessing of unchanged records. Users are encouraged to select the Delta polling option, with the ability to configure periodic full syncs to ensure complete HR data synchronization when necessary.
Preboarding and Onboarding Process Refinements¶
Hire2Retire has refined the handling of preboarding and onboarding processes to align with practical business scenarios. All activities before the start date are now categorized as preboarding, while actions on the start date are designated as onboarding. Users can configure onboarding actions such as enabling identity profiles, triggering onboarding emails, and generating tickets for onboarding tasks, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
