Obtain an API Token on Staffbase

  1. In the Studio, click the gear wheel to open the settings.
  2. Under System ,click API Access.
  3. Click on Create API token. The API Tokens page opens.

  4. Click on Create API token. The Create API token dialog opens.

  5. In the Token Name field, provide a name.

  6. Select an access level.
  7. Click on Create. The API token is created. The API Tokens overview page opens.

Enter the Instance URL and API Key that you have received by generating the API Token as mentioned above.

The base URL or Instance URL of your Staffbase platform looks like: https://exampleapp.staffbase.com/api

Once the connection is established successfully, then you can define the roles and mapping on Hire2Retire Provisioning.
