Obtain API Token on ProductBoard

  1. Login into your ProductBoard account.

  2. Go to Workspace Settings > Integrations > Public APIs > Access Token.

  3. Click on the "Add token" button to create a new token. The API Token is created. The API Tokens overview page opens.

Enter the Instance URL and API Token that you have received by generating the API Token as mentioned above.

Once the connection is established successfully, then you can define the roles and mapping on Hire2Retire Provisioning.
