PagerDuty Triggers

Currently, Connect iPaaS provides three triggers for PagerDuty.

  1. Incident Acknowledged
  2. Incident Created
  3. Incident Resolved

Incident Acknowledged

It triggers your workflow when an incident gets acknowledged on your PagerDuty application for a particular service.

Incident Created

It triggers your workflow when a new incident gets created on your PagerDuty application. You also need to specify for which service you want to monitor incidents.

Incident Resolved

It triggers your workflow when an incident gets resolved on your PagerDuty application for a particular service.

Set up Trigger for your Workflow

After selecting one of the triggers mentioned above, you will have to select the Services for the selected trigger.

On the above page, you can select the Services from the dropdown.
