To complete a Workflow, you need to define at least one Action. You can choose more than one actions depending on the need and use case of the Workflow. An action might be anything like updating an entity, sending an email, creating a task, inserting a row into the database, or deleting a row, based on the ecosystem you have selected.
Since multiple actions can be attached to the same trigger, additional functionality like individual Conditionals set up can disable one of the actions for certain data messages while allowing other actions to process the same data message.
After selecting the action ecosystem, you need to choose one of the action nodes available for that particular ecosystem. Once the event trigger gets fired, it communicates with the Action nodes to perform the configured actions.
