Connect iPaaS provides two triggers for NetSuite.

  1. Record Created
  2. Record Updated

Records that are available for triggers

Create new records

Connect iPaaS detects when you add a new record in NetSuite manually or through automation. It checks for any new records at a regular interval. You could configure this interval by setting the Polling Interval shown in Figure 2 below.

After you have set the Polling Interval, you can choose from the following types of NetSuite entities that you want to monitor for new records:

  • Opportunity
  • Partner
  • Billing Account
  • Vendor
  • Contact
  • Customer
  • Job
  • Time Entry
  • Time Bill
  • Employee

On Connect iPaaS, choose just by clicking the Entity * dropdown box as shown in Figure 3

Update existing records

Connect iPaaS detects when you update a new record in NetSuite manually or through automation. It checks for any new records at a regular interval. You could configure this interval by setting the Polling Interval shown in Figure 2. The setup is identical to Figure 3.

After you have set the Polling Interval, you can now choose from the following types of NetSuite entities that you want to monitor for updated records:

  • Calendar Event
  • Phone Call
  • Task
  • Project Task
  • Opportunity
  • Partner
  • Vendor
  • Contact
  • Customer
  • Job
  • Entity Group
  • Item Supply Plan
  • Item Demand Plan
  • Issue
  • Solution
  • Support Case
  • Campaign
  • Folder
  • Employee
