HubSpot Triggers

Currently, Connect iPaaS provides six triggers for HubSpot.

  1. Company Created
  2. Contact Created
  3. Deal Created
  4. Deal Updated
  5. Get Recently Modified Deals
  6. Get Recently Updated and Created Contacts

These triggers works with two triggering mechanisms.

  1. Real-Time or Webhook trigger
  2. Polling Trigger

Company Created

The workflow will be triggered when a company is created in your HubSpot account. Optionally, you can also define filters if you want to monitor the creation of a specific group of companies.

Contact Created

The workflow will be triggered when a contact is created in your HubSpot account. Optionally, you can also define filters if you want to monitor the creation of a specific group of contacts.

Deal Created

The workflow will be triggered when a deal is created in your HubSpot account. Optionally, you can also define filters if you want to monitor the creation of a specific group of deals.

Deal Updated

The workflow will be triggered when a deal is updated in your HubSpot account. Optionally, you can also define filters if you want to monitor the change of a specific group of deals.

Get recently modified deals

This is a polling trigger node. You can define a polling interval and you will be notified if any deals are modified within a specific time interval. Optionally, you can also define filters if you want to monitor the modification of a specific group of deals.

Get recently updated and created contacts

This is also a polling trigger node. You can define a polling interval and you will be notified if any contacts are created or updated within a specific time interval. Optionally, you can also define filters if you want to monitor the change or creation of a specific group of contacts.
