HubSpot Actions

Actions are the operations (or API operations) that will take place as a result of the trigger defined in the upstream application. These actions you can perform on HubSpot by simple drag-drop and data mapping of elements and values from the trigger, derived values using formulas or desired constant that you may wish to map.

All of the actions that you see below automate what you can do manually on HubSpot.

As shown below, you can Create a Company, Ticket, or Contact and also update the contacts in your HubSpot account in response to a trigger event.

Create Company

You can use this action to create a new company in your HubSpot account. You can populate the new company details by providing the default values or by mapping the data from trigger events.

Create or Update Contact

You can use this action to create or update contact(s) by email in your HubSpot account. You can populate the details of new or updated contacts by giving default values or by mapping the data from trigger events.

Create Ticket

You can use this action to create a new ticket in HubSpot account. You can define the ticket by giving default values or by mapping the data from trigger events.
