Gmail Triggers

Currently, Connect iPaaS provides only one type of trigger for Gmail. The Gmail trigger on Connect iPaaS is a real-time trigger. A real-time trigger means when an email is sent to your Gmail address Google will notify Connect iPaaS in real-time that a new email has been sent to your inbox and from who it from. These kinds of triggers are great for helpdesks or any sensitive issues that require instant response. The following is the trigger we will be using through out the Gmail connector help guide.

New Email Received

This trigger activates the workflow when an email is sent to the Gmail address you have connected to Connect iPaaS. In Figure 2, you can additionally filter emails from your trigger by setting up filters on your Gmail account.
