Gmail Connection

Gmail application on Connect iPaaS uses OAuth authorization to make a connection. By linking your Gmail account with Connect iPaaS, you can authorize RoboMQ to have a delegated access on your behalf. RoboMQ needs the following permissions on your account to provide a seamless integration experience:

For Trigger

Object Permission
Email Read Permission (gmail.readonly)

For Action

Object Permission
Email Send Permission (gmail.send)

Create a Connection

You need to have an G-Suite account before using Gmail application on Connect iPaaS.

When you click on the Link Account button, you will be redirected to the Gmail Authorization screen.

Choose one of the existing accounts to log in to the Gmail Authorization screen or click on "Use another account" to log in to an account not listed on the screen.

Click Allow to permit the RoboMQ Gmail app to gain access your Gmail account.

Note: By allowing access, you are authorizing RoboMQ to access your Gmail account on behalf of you along with the two permissions that were noted above.

Your connection setup is now complete. You will now be redirected to the next step of your Workflow.
