Coupa Event Filter

Connect iPaaS enables you to select key specific events and filter out of the rest using certain attributes of Coupa.

In the example shown in Figure 1, the workflow actions will be triggered when an Invoice has been created with the Total with Taxes exceeds 15,000 and the supplier is Dell or when any invoice's total with taxes exceeds 25,000.

Events in Coupa like the creation of records or any updates to that record can be filtered using filters like this. However, due to the nature of sheer volume of possible attributes the following are only a small portion of the possible attributes that a filter can have:

  • Total with Taxes - Total amount with taxes that the invoice is for
  • Supplier - The Supplier that the invoice has been created for
  • Coupa has many more attributes which are not shown here that you can use when configuring this event filter.
