Active Directory Overview

Active Directory is the directory service developed by Microsoft for the Windows domain networks that helps you organize your company's users, computers and more. It is a directory service that enables the administrators to authenticate and authorize, and the users to easily store and use the information stored. The data store used by Active Directory Domain Services (AD) is highly structured. This structural store is a basis for a wide range of directory-based identity-related services with logical, hierarchical organizational information.

Active Directory on Connect iPaaS

Connect iPaaS enables you to integrate Active Directory with other SaaS and enterprise applications. You can build a workflow to get notified when a new member is added to, or removed from either a security group or a distribution list and also whether a user is added or updated in an organization unit. Conversely, you can perform actions on other applications based on certain events or changes in the Active Directory.
