Freshservice on Hire2Retire supports API Key Authentication

An API key serves as a security token, facilitating authentication and authorization to access and interact with the SCIM API offered by the application. Freshservice provides a number of ways to interact with a Freshservice account for the users. The REST API they provide allows you to add and configure users on a Freshservice account including provisioning and deprovisioning.

Generate API Key in Freshservice

For API Key generation users must have a Freshservice account. To authenticate a connection , you must use your API Key and the Freshservice base URL.

To link your Freshservice account using API Key Authentication, you have to specify your Instance URL and API Key.

What is an Instance URL?

When you visit the website, you can find the Freshservice URL as This URL specify your unqiue instance name.
